Matt & Ben organically stirred up challenging questions encouraging all of us to be vulnerable and get clear on our why. 

This set the stage for some physical and mental challenges. Plunging in the frigid river, hiking to the top of Okemo mountain, being vulnerable in front of a group.  Matt and Ben guided us through these emotional experiences leaving us feeling empowered and clear on how to execute in our daily lives.

The food was a whole other experience. We were fed the most nutrient dense meals, curated with great intention by Chef Jake. Meals designed to fuel our primal selves. Giving us a greater connection to our food, and bringing everyone together as family.

We arrived as individuals and left as a unit. Bound by the greater mission of being strong leaders and creating the environment we all want to live in.

I am truly grateful for each person that I had the privilege to share the weekend with in Vermont.
